We have been successfully running SPRING CLEANING & MAINTENANCE SERVICES SDN. BHD. for the past 18 years, have already achieved result under the supervision of our managment. the company has managed to perform outstanding quality services, in which has lead us to secure many contracts. Having only Permas Jaya Apartment 18 yaer ago, We have expanded our reach to more than twenty (20) clients and the company is still growing as strong as ever.
Not happy in being just a cleaning company, we have resorted to serve our client even better by introducing them our Spring Mobile Squad, which consists such as plumbing, wiring, minor maintenance repair jobs and etc.
Our supervisors are all qualified and well-trained personnel with year of jobs experience looking over more than one hundred fifty (150) cleaners currently assigned in various contracts and latest payroll figure reaching RM 96 500.00. We use high standard machineries with approved chemicals in our cleaning services. The modern cleaning with standard hygiene, sanitation demonstrated in our modern services, cleaning materials & chemical to Factories, Apartments, Condominium, Shopping Center, Sport Complex, Offices,
Banks, etc. in the Johor Region.
Our services can be arranged for daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis to meet your individual requirements.
